Purpose of Divulge

Divulge is a self-guided, educational ritual designed to support intentional conversation, emotional awareness, and personal reflection through structured honesty.

It is intended for personal growth and relational exploration only. Divulge is not therapy, not medical care, and not a substitute for licensed professional support.

Divulge exists to address the silence that can develop between individuals with shared history by offering a structured framework for conversation, understanding, and release. While the experience may be emotionally impactful, it does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical intervention.

Not Therapy or Professional Advice

Divulge and all related editions — including Divulge: Bloodlines and Divulge: Union — are not therapeutic programs and do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, or counseling services.

All decks, guidebooks, and materials are educational and experiential tools intended solely to facilitate structured conversation.

By using Divulge, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for your own emotional wellbeing and participation.
No therapist–client, medical, or fiduciary relationship is created.
Cocosuga, LLC, its creators, distributors, and affiliates are not responsible for emotional, relational, psychological, or physical outcomes.

If you experience distress, crisis, or feel unsafe at any time, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate support.
In the United States, you may call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Outside the U.S., please contact verified local emergency or mental health services.

If you feel overwhelmed but not unsafe, pause the experience and refer to the grounding techniques provided with your deck.

Age & Participation

Divulge is intended for adults 18 years of age and older.

Participation by minors is not recommended. If minors participate, it is done solely at the discretion, responsibility, and supervision of their legal guardian(s).

Safety & Appropriate Use

Divulge may surface intense emotions, unresolved experiences, or sensitive topics.

Participation should always be voluntary, paced according to individual comfort, and grounded in mutual respect and consent.

Divulge should never be used in situations involving active abuse, coercion, or physical danger. If a session becomes unsafe, participants must stop immediately and seek appropriate external support or protection.

By participating, you acknowledge that use of Divulge is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own actions, words, and decisions before, during, and after the experience.

Refunds & Returns

To protect product integrity and ensure fairness, the following policy applies:

Eligible Returns

Unopened decks may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Proof may be required.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Opened or used decks
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Shipping delays beyond our control
Packages confirmed as delivered but reported lost or stolen
Digital products or downloadable materials

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Intellectual Property

All Divulge materials — including decks, guidebooks, inserts, packaging, written content, and digital assets — are the exclusive intellectual property of Cocosuga, LLC.

These materials are protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

Purchase of a Divulge product grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the materials solely for their intended purpose.
Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, publication, or public sharing of Divulge content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cocosuga, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Emotional, relational, psychological, or physical outcomes arising from use or misuse of Divulge
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of materials
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Any damages exceeding the original purchase price of the product

By purchasing or participating in any Divulge experience, you acknowledge full responsibility for your participation and release Cocosuga, LLC from all claims arising from use or misuse of the product.
